Cherry Class embarked on their 2-day Duke of Edinburgh expedition in July - something they'd been training for all term. The team undertook the mini adventure with a focus on photography and litter picking, successfully navigating around the school grounds ending up at the neighbouring cricket ground. The participants cooked for themselves, making: smores, popcorn, beans and sausages, hot dogs and chocolate bananas. It wasn't all hard work, cherry class ended their adventure with an exciting, rainy game of cricket - thank goodness they packed their waterproofs!

After all their hard work and dedication over the last 6 months, Cherry Class will be graduating with a Full Bronze DofE Award and certificates in Physical endeavour, Volunteering and and Individual Skill.  Well done!
