Time 2 Move Holiday Programme
The Time2Move Holiday Programme will offer fun physical activities, games and wider activities plus a meal for all children.
Activities will be taking place across the Easter, Summer and Christmas holidays. All children aged 5 to 16 are welcome to attend and it is completely funded for children that are eligible for benefits-related Free School Meals.
The activities are all delivered by approved providers with the main focus on fun and enjoyment. Before each of the holidays please search for activities near you, book your child’s place and we look forward to seeing your child over the school holiday.

SEND specific sessions
4Motion at Newquay Orchard (Active4All)
These workshops invite young people with SEND, ages 11-18 to join our friendly 4Motion and Newquay Orchard community.
Enjoy dancing to upbeat music, giving fun yoga flows and wellbeing games a go, try out creative activities that empower and support your needs, and time in nature to rest, relax and unwind. Active4All is a safe and inclusive space for young people who may not have opportunities to access other workshops.
If you’re aged 11-18 years come join the fun and make new friends; you too carers, support workers and family members – EVERYONE is welcome.
Doubletrees School is putting on activities on Fridays throughout August, while Pencalenick School is running sessions on Tuesdays throughout August.
Time2Move will work with you as providers to make the offer as inclusive as possible. The below procedures help support children with special educational needs and disabilities to access the Time2Move Holiday Programme.
- The parent/carer will book their child onto the programme using Playwaze, this is where they will select if they require a phone call from Parent Carers Cornwall (PCC) to discuss their child’s needs.
- The T2M team will then pick this information up and send it to PCC who will call the families, to gather further information as to what support is required, as they are specialists in this area.
- PCC will then share this information providers.
- If providers feel they require additional staff to support this child, they can log into their portal on Zen to request this.
- The team at Zen will work to source additional support for the child who requires it.
- It is then up to you as providers, to monitor the portal to review if this request has been filled. Please ensure that families are kept up to date throughout this process.
Please note below additional information:
- This support is not always guaranteed, you will be required to ensure that you monitor your bookings as they come in, as well as monitor the requests you have made through Zen.
- You are only able to request additonal support for children who are in receipt of benefits related free school meals to attend your programme.
- Unfortunately, there are not enough TAs in Cornwall to support every child. So please ensure that the children you are making these requests for, are those that could not attend your provision with this additional support.
